Senior Electrical Development Engineer - (Andover, MA/Hybrid) Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Smith+Nephew's Arthroscopic Enabling Technologies division is working on the development of the next generation of medical devices to enable surgeons to perform minimally invasive surgery. As we grow, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Development Engineer - Test Development, to play a key role in board bring-up, low-level hardware validation, and production test development. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer passionate about deep electrical characterization, measurement integrity, and reliability, with experience building robust, scalable test systems that support products from early prototypes through high-volume manufacturing. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $96,500 - $167,500 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
