Job Title: Digital Personalization & Optimization Manager We are seeking a Digital Personalization & Optimization Manager to drive data-driven improvements in digital experiences. This role focuses on delivering the right message to the right user at the right time through experimentation, analytics, and AI-driven personalization. You will lead A/B and multivariate testing, analyze user behavior, and optimize digital journeys to increase conversion, engagement, and key business outcomes. You'll partner cross-functionally to execute strategies and communicate insights using tools like Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests and personalization strategies * Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and optimization opportunities * Develop and manage optimization and personalization roadmaps * Execute segment-based, behavioral, and AI-driven targeting * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX, and IT to align on KPIs and goals * Communicate insights clearly, tying performance to business impact * Maintain documentation of testing learnings and best practices Core Qualifications * 5+ years in digital marketing, analytics, or optimization/personalization * Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and web personalization * Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights * Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or Adobe Target * Proven ability to connect digital KPIs to business outcomes (conversion, revenue, engagement) * Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders * Strong communication and data storytelling skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and AI personalization * Knowledge of statistical methods and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) * Agile or Adobe certifications * Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) * Master's degree or MBA Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.00 - $57.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
