Mortenson is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager II to join our Solar group, to provide electrical technical support throughout construction projects, interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment with professionalism and efficiency. If you're looking for a challenging opportunity to use your electrical expertise while leading a project team on utility scale solar projects, then this is the right role for you. Location: Must be open to any location in the continental United States. Travel: This is a 100% travel position; locations may vary based on the project. Mortenson hires for a career and not a project. When your project is complete you will be assigned to another project. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $144,300 MIN - $216,500 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
