Develop advanced dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support risk appetite monitoring and tolerance tracking. Produce monthly and weekly executive reports on risk metrics, trends, mitigation activities, and governance progress. Support the establishment of robust risk management rhythm of business processes and governance frameworks, providing actionable insights from diverse datasets.

* **Program & Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across cross-functional project and business teams within a highly matrixed environment. Lead weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution reporting. Collaborate with leadership teams to align risk management goals, transformation objectives, and execution priorities, operating independently while effectively communicating with senior leaders and global stakeholder groups.
