Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator for the Honors College. This position reports to one of the Honors College's Assistant Deans and is responsible for the planning and implementation of Honors College curricular, co-curricular, and/or extra-curricular programming within the areas of academic success, curricular enrichment, high-impact student intellectual experiences, and, to a more limited extent, social and community events.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Coordinates and oversees a portfolio of programs unique to their role, that is undertaken to benefit specific honors student cohorts and in collaboration with the academic Schools directly and indirectly served by the Honors College.
- Collaborates with the Honors College Senior Leadership, Faculty Fellows, and School-based affiliated staff.
- Develops and provides academic-focused workshops, panels, informational programs, speakers, service-learning programs, student success, and other integrated academic and co-curricular or extra-curricular projects.
- Remains current on the research and implementation of best practices in student development and high-impact practices, as a frontline member of our learning-living community,
- Administers qualitative and quantitative assessments of program outcomes to support data-driven decision-making for future programming and to track student engagement and development.
- Builds and maintains collaborative partnerships across campus units to extending programmatic impact.
- Participates in recruitment and yield events, all major College student events (Induction, Academic Showcase, Convocation).
- Provides the necessary administrative support, curiosity, knowledge development, and program evolution, in line with the mission, vision, role, and goals of the Honors College.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years' relevant work experience.
