Overview
VTG is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer developing, deploying, and maintaining RF processing systems. What will you do? Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems with understanding of analog to digital dataflow and conversion processes Access production Nifi and ensure that inbound data is operational/flowing correctly. Data management requests (DMRs) and change (DCRs) submissions. Preliminary system design with capability to explain system design to stakeholders Coordinate any data samples needed. Prior experience with requesting IPs be added to System Security Plans Ensure there are no backlogs/errors of data. - Assist customers with data formatting issues. Experience with creating and updating engineering and RF antenna drawings and network diagrams Capable of creating dataflow diagrams documenting the network connections required for system functionality Experience with Confluence/Jira used for communication and documentation Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) REQUIRED Do you have what it takes?
