Warehouse Supervisor (Second Shift) Location: Torrington, CT, US, 06790 Date: Jun 11, 2026 Warehouse Supervisor (Second Shift) Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift is responsible for leading and coordinating all warehouse operations during the evening shift at FuelCell Energy's Torrington facility. This role oversees a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receiving, staging, inventory management, and shipping of fuel cell components. The supervisor ensures compliance with OSHA safety standards, company quality policies (including GMP/ISO), and 7S/5S housekeeping practices while driving continuous improvement in productivity and inventory accuracy. They serve as the primary point of contact for shift operations, collaborate with day-shift leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintain strong performance through coaching, training, and accountability.
