Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM & Friday 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

What it Takes to Succeed on the Production Floor (Requirements):

• Strong basic math skills required
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable working in a cross-trained, multi-station environment
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and supporting team productivity

Where You'll Make an Impact Every Shift (Job Duties):

• Execute daily work instructions from the supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate across multiple production stations as assigned
• Produce buffing pads used in automotive, marble, and boating industries while maintaining quality standards
• Meet or exceed productivity goals while ensuring consistent workmanship and attention to detail
• Use basic measurement tools such as tape measures and rulers to ensure product accuracy
• Perform manual material handling tasks, including moving, lifting, and carrying materials
• Operate hand jacks, wheeled carts, and other basic material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
