CNC Machinist I

As a CNC Machinist I, your mission is to [briefly describe the main mission]. You will report to the Team Leader.

You will

• learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers.

  * Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
  * Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
  * Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
  * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
  * Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
  * Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

You will have:

• 0-3 years of machining experience or technical education/certification in CNC machining.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
