CNC Machinist II

As a CNC Machinist II, your mission is to operate a variety of CNC machines independently, troubleshoot common issues, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires sound judgment, intermediate technical skills, and active engagement in problem-solving. You will report to the Team Leader.

You will

* Independently operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines with minimal supervision.
* Consistently follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements.
* Identify and report process inefficiencies or equipment issues.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization (6S) in assigned work areas.
* Provide feedback to engineers and team leads on recurring issues and potential improvements.
* Assist in mentoring and training Tier 1 machinists.
* Accurately interpret blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and make basic offsets or adjustments.

You have4-8 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Proven ability to operate multiple machine types efficiently.
* Understanding of basic G-code and M-code commands.

On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Buffalo, NY. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
