This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional programs, influence product strategy, and drive the successful launch of next-generation hardware. **What You'll Do:** * Lead large, complex, cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) program teams, collaborating with internal engineering and product organizations as well as external partners, to guide products from initial concept to full production ramp and manage end-to-end product lifecycle transitions.
* Strategically plan and execute New Product Introduction operations development activities, ensuring seamless transitions to production while achieving critical cost, quality, and capacity targets.
* Oversee manufacturing ramp readiness, working closely with internal teams and external partners on aspects such as hardware/design product maturity, material availability, quality/reliability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM), and capacity ramp readiness and transition plans.
* Drive cross-functional teams to optimize product operations and the supply chain, directly enabling the strategic product roadmap while proactively managing risks, adapting to schedule changes, and balancing budget, resources, and customer demand.
* Act as the primary liaison between Product Operations/Supply Chain and hardware development, championing operational excellence and guiding new products through their lifecycle, including production ramp within Contract Manufacturer (CM), Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), and Joint Design Manufacturer (JDM) environments.
* Coordinate complex projects that span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and updated on progress and deadlines. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs, particularly in New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management.
* Demonstrated expertise in operational planning and execution, with a track record of successfully transitioning products from development to mass production.
* Strong background in manufacturing ramp readiness, including managing aspects like material availability, quality control, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
* Experience driving supply chain optimization and risk management within a product development context.
* Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between product operations, supply chain, and hardware development teams.
* Familiarity with external manufacturing partner environments (CM/ODM/JDM).
* Experience ensuring products meet stringent quality and manufacturing requirements.
