Partner with Aquent to join a leading organization at the forefront of innovation, delivering groundbreaking products to market. This company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and its impactful contributions to the technology and manufacturing landscape, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing supply chains and driving product success? We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role in managing end-to-end program lifecycle and ensuring material readiness for major product builds. As a key player, you will champion a high-support delivery model, ensuring 100% material availability and proactively mitigating risks. Your expertise will directly influence the successful launch of cutting-edge products, making a tangible impact on innovation and market delivery.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead end-to-end supply chain readiness for complex, high-visibility engineering and production builds from inception through successful execution.

* Direct, mentor, and manage a Supply Chain Program Specialist, defining their execution roadmap, overseeing performance, and fostering their development to independently manage low-complexity programs.

* Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for internal business units, engineering teams, Global Logistics Operations, and external Contract Manufacturing partners to align program timelines and deliverables.

* Anticipate, identify, and formulate robust mitigation strategies for normal and escalated supply chain risks to safeguard program schedules.

* Drive and oversee the tracking and qualification of alternative component sources to diversify the supply base and eliminate single-point-of-failure risks.

* Establish strategic frameworks for allocation delivery management during periods of component constraints, prioritizing critical program needs.

* Ensure comprehensive material readiness, overseeing the component pipeline and guaranteeing real-time visibility into material tracking and supplier commitments.

* Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Clear-to-Build constraints, supplier capacity issues, and logistical bottlenecks.

**Required Qualifications**

* 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain management, hardware program management, or operations within a fast-paced technology or manufacturing environment.

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports, project specialists, or leading cross-functional project teams.

* Proven track record working directly with Contract Manufacturers, Original Design Manufacturers, and Tier 1 global component suppliers.

* Deep understanding of material readiness frameworks, Clear-to-Build processes, and Product Lifecycle Management.

* Familiarity with logistics structures, including direct experience collaborating with Global Logistics Operations.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, supply constraints, and allocation logic into actionable project plans.

* High proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, along with advanced Excel data modeling.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and executive stakeholders.

* A supportive, coaching-oriented leadership style tailored to developing junior talent.
