What the ideal candidate will do:



  • Manage daily service and parts operations.


  • Resolve customer issues and ensure timely support.


  • Supervise technicians and parts staff.


  • Review work orders, reports, and expenses.


  • Train team and improve service processes.


  • Build customer relationships and drive service growth.


  • Must be a U.S. Person.


  • Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field required; Bachelor's preferred.


  • 5+ years of experience in service, manufacturing, or technical environments (automotive preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.


  • Experience with manufacturing equipment or machinery.


  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.


  • Working knowledge of service operations (work orders, scheduling, parts coordination).


  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.


  • Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.


  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
