Overview Otter Products is hiring an Associate Distribution Operations Manager to join our team in Frederick, CO. This position is onsite and will work Monday to Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. The Associate Distribution Operations Manager will oversee distribution center operations within their assigned function. This role will work cross-functionally to partner with other associate managers and managers throughout the supply chain functional area to maintain best-in-class operations and work to implement process improvements as necessary. The Associate Distribution Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all shifts meet or exceed goals and is a people leader role.
