Must have valid Drivers License We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a dynamic field operations team. **What You Will Do:**
* Provide essential clerical support to the field operations team.
* Process service tickets efficiently and accurately.
* Collaborate with field supervisors and analysts to resolve billing and pricing issues.
* Manage specific aspects of the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
* Facilitate communication with internal teams regarding inventory and ticketing procedures.
* Assist in the cycle count process for equipment inventory.
* Participate in special projects, contributing to broader team objectives.
* Actively contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture.
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support team goals. **Qualifications:**
* High School Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
* At least 1 year of experience in inventory management.
* Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, with strong emphasis on Excel.
* Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
* Possession of a valid driver's license. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Basic understanding of financial systems capabilities.
* Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles. **Compensation:**
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. #LI-ES2
