Join the Medical/Surgical team at Franklin Hospital as a per diem RN and become part of a unit dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.The unit is a 32-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for adult patients with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. As a member of this team, you'll work closely with nurses, providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals who share a commitment to teamwork, communication, respect, and clinical excellence. This role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen a broad range of nursing skills while caring for a diverse patient population. This is a Registered Nurse 2 PER DIEM vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. Summary: The MH Registered Nurse II - Medical/Surgical role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.MH RN II: This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level includes automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I - must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
