Job Description General Summary: The Senior Director, BSMO (Biopharmaceutical Sciences & Manufacturing Operations) Muscular Dystrophy (MD) Disease Area Lead represents BSMO at the MD Disease Strategy Team (DST). The incumbent will provide strategic and operational leadership for all BSMO activities supporting programs within the MD DST. This role is accountable for driving an integrated BSMO program strategy, alignment, and execution across Pharmaceutical Sciences, CMTO, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and other relevant functions, to support development, launch, and lifecycle management of disease area products. As a core member of the MD DST, this leader will partner crossfunctionally to translate disease strategy into executable technical and operational plans that enable reliable, compliant delivery of medicines for patients with muscular dystrophies. By sitting on the MD DST, this role ensures alignment of BSMO priorities and resources with the broader disease area strategy, and ensures that both BSMO has appropriate visibility to the disease area on-going developments and that the DST has a clear understanding of BSMO activities and capabilities. This role reports to the Vice President, Disease Team Integration, with a dottedline relationship to the Vice President, Disease Area Executive - MD. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $218,400 - $327,600Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
