The Sr Director, Enterprise Business Continuity is responsible for safeguarding T-Mobile's operational stability by leading the enterprise-wide business continuity strategy. This role oversees preparedness planning, incident response governance, and resilience frameworks to ensure rapid recovery from disruptions impacting customers, operations, and revenue streams. By partnering with Technology, Cybersecurity, Network, Operations, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership, this leader ensures coordinated response and clear decision protocols during high-risk events. The Sr Director proactively drives risk identification, scenario planning, and resilience investments to mitigate threats before they affect the business. Through these efforts, the role strengthens operational preparedness, reduces risk, and reinforces customer and investor confidence in T-Mobile's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
