The Clinical Solution Strategist is responsible for clinical solution consulting across the enterprise systems to strengthen adoption, improve quality outcomes, and expand client partnerships. The scope of this job includes providing industry expertise and delivering innovative solutions to clients that leverage our technology to maximize the solution's value in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with identified clients and client success account owners to analyze clinical solutions and client adoption.

  • Collaborate with WellSky's internal teams to leverage data models, reporting, and statistics.

  • Provide clinical support to our client-facing teams by providing clinical solution expertise, conducting workflow discovery, and helping to identify expansion opportunities.

  • Track client engagement and impact of workflow improvements and solution enhancements.

  • Monitor client utilization and system optimization and engage with clients as needed to improve outcomes and value, including identifying opportunities for automated alerting to drive client outreach.

  • Maintain regular meeting cadences with client success account owners, assist in identifying and attending client engagement opportunities, participate in all CBRs, and analyze data, reporting metrics, and KPIs, focusing on client quality outcomes.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

  • Clinical Licensure (RN, PT, OT, ST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Case Management (Transition of Care, Population Health, Utilization Review)

Job Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
