Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new ESG Program Manager to lead and scale ESG at Nexthink - driving our sustainability and social impact initiatives forward in partnership with Nexthinkers, customers, investors, and regulators. Our product improves the digital employee experience, and as a culture, we naturally care about our impact. This role is designed to champion our ESG efforts: building awareness inside and outside the company, rallying Nexthinkers around the work, and making sure what we do is trusted and audit-ready. You'll build the infrastructure that makes Nexthink credible on sustainability and social impact, and tie it to engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align our ESG programs with business outcomes.
