Senior Manager, Order Management Assurance

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Order Management Assurance to lead and scale our global Order Management Assurance function. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Commercial Experience, Sales, Finance, Business Technology and other key functions, this leader drives end-to-end business transformation through system implementations, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and technology solutions while strengthening operational governance, internal controls, and data-driven decision making. The role is responsible for delivering scalable business processes, automated technology solutions, operational insights, and a robust assurance and control framework that supports accurate, efficient, and compliant order and billing processes as the business continues to grow.

The Senior Manager strengthens functional capability by establishing governance standards, operational reporting, training, documentation, and best practices that enable consistent execution across the global Order Management team. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong financial and revenue operations acumen and deep experience leading systems implementations, business transformation, operational governance, risk management, and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global Order Management transformation initiatives, including enterprise system implementations, process redesign, and technology modernization.

  • Partner with Business Technology and other cross-functional teams to define business requirements, influence solution design, support testing, and ensure successful deployment of new systems and platforms.

  • Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, workflow optimization, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and transaction level completeness and accuracy.

  • Design and maintain the global Order Management process framework, including governance, standardized processes, documentation, and operating procedures.

  • Analyze operational performance and trends to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.

  • Develop operational standards and best practices that enable consistent execution across regional Order Management teams.

  • Lead organizational readiness for new systems, processes, and capabilities through training, communications, and change management.

  • Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team focused on systems enablement, transformation, governance, analytics, and assurance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Finance or Audit within a SaaS or technology organization.

  • Experience leading enterprise system implementations and large-scale business transformation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, SOX/internal controls, operational governance, and process design.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, Tableau platforms preferred.

  • Must be able to support extended hours during critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close periods.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$133,800.00 - $235,400.00
