Under limited supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

Three years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designs and develops both front-end interfaces and back-end architecture for agent-driven applications.
  • Works collaboratively to ensure human-in-the-loop (HITL) optimization, seamless integration of agentic AI capabilities, and responsiveness across platforms.

Skills

AI UI/UX, Front-end technologies (React/Angular), Back-end frameworks (Python, Node.js), Vector Databases, RESTful APIs, and integration of agentic AI tools.

Domicile

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.
