Job Summary Leads the vision, strategy, and execution for the AI Accelerators capability domain within Equinix Engineering Excellence (E3). This domain offers the connective layer between enterprise AI strategy and the practical operationalization of AI across engineering, product, infrastructure, and operations organizations. While every E3 capability domain is expected to embed AI into its respective developer experiences, workflows, and operational capabilities, this role is uniquely responsible for the broader AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC). This leader owns the strategy and roadmap for the foundational AI capabilities, platforms, orchestration frameworks, and reusable agent systems that enable product managers, architects, program managers, operations teams, and other non-developer personas to operate with AI-native workflows and materially higher leverage. Qualifications
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 213,000 - 319,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
