What you will enjoy doing*
- Support ROC Technicians and manage 8-10 assigned ROC2 facilities
- Troubleshoot and optimize plant operations with ROC and plant teams
- Update SSOP manuals and develop training materials, including eMOC training
- Serve as primary contact for plant operation questions; be on-call for assigned plants
- Participate in major maintenance and upgrades when possible
- Lead shift operators alongside Lead Technician, liaising with ROC management
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with Linde's values of Respect, Communication, and Inclusion
- Manage schedules, training, and documentation for ROC I and ROC II qualifications
- Drive plant efficiency for Argon production while minimizing power use
- Support career growth within ROC or plant roles
- Participate in Technician Performance Management Process
- Act as technical lead and liaison between ROC2, plant engineers, and local personnel
- Thrive in a diverse, inclusive team and contribute unique perspectives
What makes you great
- You will work effectively at both ROC1 and ROC2 workstations with completed formal qualifications for each
- Bring over three years of experience as a ROC technician
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and uphold Linde's values of Respect, Communication, and Inclusion
- Also, you will train new technicians on plant processes such as T-Plant, N-Plant, and Pipeline, as well as ROC workflow processes including
- IMPAC.net, PALS, emails, and Startup/Shutdown SSOPs
