Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Screen employees, visitors, and/or vendors at designated entry points by verifying credentials, following access protocols, and documenting relevant activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
• Conduct regular and random observations of assigned areas and perimeter access points, as directed by site procedures and post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
