The Director of Heath Systems implements national enterprise wide health system sales strategies that result in high revenue growth. Assumes primary responsibility for one or two national GPOs and sets annual objectives, strategies and measures to ensure accountability and performance aligned with direct GPO and IDN responsibilities. Achieves business goals through the execution of the company's GPO and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Agreements, with collaborative efforts by the TIDI (Patient Safety & ACC) field sales teams, in house contracting, finance and marketing. Develops and maintains GPO and IDN account relationships. Promotes the TIDI brand and product lines to meet strategic business objectives. Reports to the VP of Health Systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work with VP Health Systems and Sales Leaders for Patient Safety and legacy TIDI to:

    • Formulate and execute Corporate Account and IDN/GPO sales strategy.
    • Develop systems to identify, target and benchmark IDN/GPO customers.
    • Establish individualized sales strategy for IDN/GPO customers.
    • Implement and execute contract compliance plan through Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Team.

  • Plan and execute sales activities through on-site visits with key customers and distributors.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing programs with key IDN's, GPO's, distribution channels and other key business partners.
  • Support RSMs to maximize sales opportunities with Regional IDNs.
  • Develop timely sales reports for executive management that include, but are not limited to, revenue projections, product penetration rates and sales forecasts.
  • Support company contracts and formularies as designated by Vice President of Sales.
  • Manage participation in National and Regional IDN/GPO trade shows.
  • Support implementation of personnel changes, redeploy, recruit and train field sales representatives as directed by Vice President of Sales.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive products in order to strategically identify and target sales and/or marketing opportunities. Prepare ad hoc reports and/or formal presentations to keep senior management informed on potential market issues.
  • Support sales activities, projects and all other duties assigned by the (A)VP Health Systems.
  • Partner and collaborate with RoundTable Healthcare Partners SVP of Health Systems & SVP of Sales, as appropriate, to leverage relationships and experiences to successfully accomplish TIDI Products revenue goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge / Skills / Ability


  • Four year degree in Healthcare or Business, and 5 to 10 years GPO and IDN experience preferred combined experience in sales and marketing of healthcare products.

  • Successful track record selling to GPO's and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN's) at the Executive Management level.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading, managing and developing a team of direct reports
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence management skills
  • Excellent Communication, time management, problem solving.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong presentation and public relationship skills.
  • Travel up to 70% domestic.
  • PC literacy (Excel & Word) a must

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $190,000 - $225,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
