Sr. Production Manager
Lead transformation on the shop floor, build the next generation of production leaders, and grow your path toward senior operations leadership. Job Overview Title: Sr. Production Manager Reports to: VP of Operations Location: Kent, WA - onsite Type: Exempt, Full-Time Schedule Type: Monday - Friday Day Shift; may need to work on an off shift or during the weekend on occasion. Role Overview The Sr. Production Manager role is a critical leadership position within the organization, partnering closely with the VP of Operations to drive productivity, cost performance, and operational excellence. This leader will oversee and develop the Production Leadership team across 3 shifts, building a strong leadership pipeline from entry-level production talent through front-line leaders and Value Stream Production Managers. The ideal candidate is energized by coaching others, strengthening accountability, and creating high-performing teams while delivering on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role also requires strong business acumen, including understanding operational drivers, labor and productivity trends, and the financial impact of decisions across the shop. Essential Mental/Physical Demands Standing/walking for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment. Extensive use of hands in writing, computer, and other office equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
