Role Objective

Prospect, sell, and manage National Account end-user customers within Industrial and Food Processing markets. Own Clorox Purell's largest and most complex industrial customers with corporate decision-making authority, accountable for profitable growth, margin management, and long-term customer retention. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, distributor networks, and Clorox Purell leadership to develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies and annual GOJO Demand Activation (GDAP) plans.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Market-Specific Scope: Industrial & Meat/Food Processing

* Own and grow complex, multi-site National Accounts within Industrial and Food Processing environments
* Influence stakeholders across operations, safety, quality, procurement, and executive leadership
* Navigate distributor models and financially complex opportunities requiring strong business acumen
* Serve as subject matter expert to internal teams and distributor partners



Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Drive net new national account growth by winning large, complex end-user opportunities
  • Own and grow assigned account packages, accountable for sales execution, forecasting and account-level P&L performance
  • Build and execute market-backed account strategies and sales plans balancing acquisition, expansion and retention
  • Lead negotiations and contracting to secure long-term, profitable customer relationships
  • Partner with channel, field and regional sales leaders to execute aligned account strategies and site-level implementation
  • Present enterprise-level insights and performance analysis to senior leadership to inform decisions, assess results vs. plans and surface emerging trends
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence while maintaining strong presence in highly ambiguous environments

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS in Management or related discipline preferred; an equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in selling to and managing national accounts within jan/san, industrial and/or food/meat processing markets
  • Abilty to work in a highly collaborative manner with sales teams across the organization
  • Ability to team partner with and provide direction to distribution partners

Supervision/Coordination

  • Coordinates sales activities with key end users in conjunction with national account team members
  • This role does not supervise other Clorox Purell team members

Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required
Compensation & Benefits

The expected starting pay for this role is between 122,700.00 - 168,700.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations. This role is eligible for quarterly sales bonuses and an annual performance bonus.
