Your role
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining relationships with our OEM customers. This role combines deep account management with proactive business development, requiring a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, translate them into commercial opportunities and help guide the internal team to meet the customer's expectations. Key Responsibilities: Drive Account Growth * Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets Manage Customer Relationships * Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts Own Sales Execution * Manage key account opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and revenue commitments Collaborate Cross-Functionally * Work with engineering, service, and operations to deliver tailored solutions Leverage Market & Customer Insights * Track market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics Maintain Operational Excellence

Salary: $140k-$160k The compensation range provided is intended as a guideline and reflects the expected hiring range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. In select cases, offers above the stated range may be approved for candidates whose skills and experience substantially exceed the position requirements.
