Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and impactful communication? We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join a pivotal Business Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the operational landscape and communication strategy for a critical networking services group. Your work will directly enable the organization to scale efficiently, maintain exceptional quality standards, and consistently exceed customer expectations as it pioneers groundbreaking technological advancements.

What You'll Do:



  • Manage the organization's communication strategy and oversee audience engagement across diverse communication channels.
  • Collaborate with business leads and other partners to craft timely and impactful messaging, driving awareness and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement changes for communication templates and resources, ensuring presentation formats and messaging frameworks are updated, visually impactful, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Quickly comprehend a variety of business challenges and organizational changes, translating them into effective messages for varying audiences.
  • Connect strategic dots across the organization, spanning different offices, time zones, and global teams, to ensure alignment and drive organization-wide impact.
