Location: Negaunee, MI Cleveland-Cliffs - LS&I Railroad has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager of Maintenance, responsible for coordinating daily activities in the maintenance department, supervising hourly crews and improving overall efficiency by proper utilization of the resources and their components. Ensures the reliability of the tracks, structures and signals through preventative maintenance, ensuring work is performed and equipment is operated safely and efficiently while maintaining effective employee relations.
