The opportunity The Director, Strategic Partnerships is a critical member of HBP's Strategic Partnerships Team with a focus on B2B channel partnerships that extend HBP's impact, relevance, and reach. Operating from a One HBP perspective, and working collaboratively as part of an entrepreneurial team, this role owns the evolution of HBP's B2B channel ecosystem-including learning experience platforms (LXPs), content aggregators, and other enterprise platforms-exploring ways to expand and enhance impact via these channels in the AI era. (note: these channels are distinct from product distributors or resellers, which are managed separately) The role will also contribute to the evolution of HBP's broader partner ecosystem and plays a key role in evolving the partnerships practice as a HBP strategic capability. Salary range $180,000 - $200,000 Above is the annualized pay range for this position. This position is also eligible to participate in HBP's sales variable bonus plan.
