LNA - Inpatient Hematology Oncology on Miller 5

The Licensed Nurse Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a RegisteredNurse.Responsibilitiesmay include (but are not limited to):taking vital signs, responding to call lights, Electronic Medical Record documentation, personal care, including bathing, mouth care, toileting and skin care.

EDUCATION:

Vermont Nursing Assistant License (LNA), required

High School diploma or GED, preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Previous health care experience preferred, but not required.
