We are seeking a Senior Quantum Engineer - Cryo-CMOS Analog Circuit Design to design and develop critical analog building blocks for cryogenic control systems used in quantum computing platforms. This role sits within the quantum control team, which develops integrated control electronics that interface directly with quantum devices and enable scalable quantum systems. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and validation of high-performance CMOS circuits operating across room-temperature and cryogenic environments. This role offers hands-on, multidisciplinary work at the intersection of analog circuit design, system architecture, and experimental validation within a small, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of system development, drawing on system and block design concepts, simulations, experimental insights, program needs, and cross-functional input. Working closely with system architects, digital designers, and experimental physicists, you will translate system-level requirements into robust circuit implementations while driving performance across the control stack-all while contributing individually and empowering others on the team. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
