Technical Customer Success Manager - Networking & Infrastructure Location

Position Description Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join the Data Center Power and Control Division ZPE Systems Team. This is a remote position in United States. ZPE Systems, part of Legrand's Access & Control team and a leader in OutofBand (OOB) Network and Infrastructure Management, is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to support our global enterprise customers. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will own the technical success of enterprise customers across the full customer lifecycle. This role intentionally spans selective presales engagement and primary postsales ownership, ensuring what is sold can be delivered successfully and that customers achieve longterm value after deployment.
