Position Overview Legrand's Kratos business is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Sr. Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operational performance across our manufacturing and supply chain footprint. This leadership role supports a rapidly scaling engineered-to-order business focused on low- and medium-voltage switchgear. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will partner across Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and Product to strengthen operational capabilities and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. What Will You Do
Lead operational performance across Supply Chain & Logistics, Fabrication, Assembly, and Quality.
