The Director of Business Development - Assisted Living role leads business development efforts for PharMerica Senior Living by driving customer acquisition strategies in the Assisted Living market and advancing growth within this segment. Working under the Associate Vice President, the position partners with crossfunctional teams to roll-out growth initiatives, execute sales plans, and support the organization's broader revenue objectives. The strongest candidates bring B2B sales experience along with a background in Senior Living or LongTerm Care. Deep industry insight, proven sales strategy skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with executivelevel leaders are essential. This is a remote position with 65% travel.
