The Sales Technology & Enablement Manager provides enterpriselevel ownership and execution leadership for TDS' multiyear productivity transformation. This role owns the commercial sales technology and enablement portfolio, with accountability for driving sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. The Sales Technology & Enablement Manager is responsible for defining priorities, overseeing delivery, and ensuring sustained business impact across the commercial sales organization. The position serves as the business and product owner, for core sales platforms and capabilities supporting sales execution and performance. The role partners cross-functionally, leading complex initiatives from concept through execution.

This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.



Responsibilities

    Sales Technology Portfolio Ownership:
    • Own the Commercial Sales technology transformation portfolio, including vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and success metrics, aligned to enterprise revenue and productivity objectives. Ensure delivery of intended business outcomes across interconnected initiatives.
  • Product Ownership and Solution Prioritization:
    • Serve as senior product owner for commercial sales technology, translating sales strategy into prioritized portfolios of capabilities and scalable solutions across Salesforce, mobility, AIdriven forecasting, sales engagement, configure-price-quote (CPQ), and automation platforms. Accountable for product backlogs, roadmap commitments, and delivery against development milestones and target timelines in partnership with IT and sales support organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment:
    • Lead crossfunctional alignment and decisionmaking to ensure solution integrity, effective execution, and strong adoption.
  • Adoption and Change Enablement:
    • Oversee change management, phased rollouts, pilots, and enablement strategies to drive high adoption and sustained use of sales technology across a large, distributed sales organization.
  • Business Outcomes and Executive Reporting:
    • Define, track, and report on business outcomes, including productivity gains, ramp time reduction, quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and quotetoorder performance. Provide executivelevel insights and recommendations.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with increasing scope and impact in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, Project Management, Commercial Transformation, or related roles.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience owning or leading enterprise-scale sales technology or Salesforce-centric initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the business-to-business (B2B) sales - customer and associate journeys.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional IT teams (Development, Architecture, Security, and QA).
  • Demonstrated ability to connect sales technology investments to measurable business outcomes (revenue, productivity, and forecasting).
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across organizations.
  • Experience in B2B or Commercial sales environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystems and integrations, Sales engagement platforms, and CPQ and guided selling workflows.
  • Experience with AIpowered sales tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) preferred.
  • Product Ownership, Agile, or project leadership experience.
  • Experience leading change management for large, fieldbased sales organizations
  • Strong financial and business acumen to evaluate return on investment (ROI) and investment tradeoffs
