Job Summary:
Retail Operation Manager Join our Wisconsin Union team as a Retail Operations Manager. Under general supervision, this unique and high-paced position will manage the Hosto Badger Market Cafe in Levy Hall. It is a convenient place for students to purchase beverages, espresso drinks, snacks, grab n go products and sundries. Duties include providing excellent customer service, hiring and scheduling part-time staff, inventory, ordering food, beverages and supplies, meeting with vendors to acquire new products, monitoring daily sales while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Schedule: The position's current schedule is Monday -Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. * Some special event weekends may apply. Compensation: $21.41 per hour -Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked (6pm-6am). -Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked. -Plus Time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated legal holidays.
