The Vice President of Revenue Strategy will successfully integrate the synergies between revenue, analysis, sales, and distribution channels to drive profitability across the portfolio of hotels and team assignments. This role works closely with finance, operations, analytics, and sales leaders when analyzing, formulating, and deploying various revenue and pricing initiatives. This remote-based role supports a portfolio of properties with a strong independent hotel focus. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The VP serves as a strategic thought partner to hotel ownership and Crescent leadership-driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share while developing and mentoring a high-performing team of Area Directors of Revenue Strategy. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and forward-thinking revenue leader with a passion for building teams, influencing across functions, and communicating effectively with ownership and executive stakeholders.
