This Retail Associate role in Lynchburg, TN is for someone who knows how to work a conversation into an opportunity. You'll find leads, manage your pipeline, and keep deals moving without a lot of red tape. It's a good fit for someone who delivers results and closes the loop.

What You'll Do

• Find, develop, and manage sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage active conversations and keep deals moving forward
• Follow up consistently to ensure opportunities are completed
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products
• Greet customers as they enter the store and help them to find the proper team member to assist them
• Utilize the company's system to cash customers out or administer returns
• Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED
• Clean background check
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort managing multiple conversations and priorities
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common business tools
• Ability to learn products, services, or processes quickly
• Willingness to participate in training and development
• Must be 18+
