We're currently seeking a Director, Enterprise Account Management to join our Higher Education Sales organization.

How can you make an impact?

The Director, Enterprise Account Management is a leadership role focused on Enterprise revenue growth and team leadership. In this role, you will be focused on managing and growing Affordable Access programs through strategic planning, operational excellence, and fostering a positive corporate culture. This position involves co-leading the Enterprise Account Specialist team, driving retention and expansion strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term scalability and success. The ideal candidate will possess a history of driving quality control, achieving growth targets, and fostering continuous improvement within Enterprise operations. They should be adept at analyzing complex processes, developing strategies for scalability, and influencing stakeholders to adapt to changing market dynamics.

This role works remotely from a home office and is open to permanent residents of the United States. Travel for on-campus visits, team meetings and events is required throughout the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, train, hire, and mentor the Enterprise Account Specialist team with a focus on quality control, operational excellence, and account growth.

  • Develop and implement proactive retention and expansion strategies to manage and grow the installed base of Affordable Access programs.

  • Create best practices and standard operating procedures for tracking and building sales pipelines.

  • Achieve goals for both expansion of Affordable Access business and landing new Affordable Access accounts.

  • Analyze operational processes, identify key indicators and trends, and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Educate and influence peers and team members on changing marketplace dynamics and effective strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and operations, to optimize processes and drive business growth.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational challenges and contribute to the development of new processes and offerings.

  • Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive corporate culture aligned with company values.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 7+ years of customer experience in the educational technology space, with expertise in enterprise processes, systems, and operations.

  • Proven track record of exceeding expansion and retention targets.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop strategic plans and optimize processes for long-term scalability.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

The pay range for this position is between $90,000 - 100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual sales incentive plan is included as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
