*About the Role* The Executive Engagement Program Manager plays a critical role in delivering a worldclass Executive Briefing Program designed to build executive relationships, accelerate enterprise opportunities, and strengthen trust with senior decisionmakers. This role owns the daytoday execution of executive engagements and immersive experiences that allow leaders to directly experience transformative technologies. Working within a fastpaced, highvisibility environment, the Program Manager ensures every executive interaction is thoughtful, seamless, and impactful-while also supporting global program operations and capturing insights that inform broader business and product strategy. The role reports to the Head of Executive Engagement. *Program Mission* The Executive Engagement function empowers and inspires executives to achieve their transformation goals through immersive, experiential briefings. These engagements are designed to stimulate and qualify enterprise opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and position the organization as a trusted technology partner and thought leader. Insights gathered through these experiences help inform decisionmaking and shape future strategy. *Key Responsibilities* Design, plan, and execute inperson executive briefings in partnership with executive engagement leads and crossfunctional teams Own onsite delivery of executive experiences, ensuring excellence across logistics, hospitality, environment readiness, and executive flow Serve as host for executive engagements when required, facilitating introductions and supporting executivelevel dialogue Manage briefing center operations including inventory, supplies, space readiness, and vendor coordination Provide conciergelevel logistical support for visiting executives and internal teams, including catering, transportation, accommodations, and materials Act as the primary onsite point of contact for facilities, security, and A/V needs, proactively resolving issues in real time Apply industryleading executive briefing practices and AIenabled tools to improve operational efficiency Support global program operations through scheduling, speaker database management, survey consolidation, and reporting Coordinate planning calls with subject matter experts to align objectives and desired outcomes for each engagement Capture, synthesize, and share executive and thoughtleader insights to support continuous program improvement *Minimum Qualifications* 4-6 years of experience in executive engagement, events, or program management Proven experience managing executivelevel programs in fastpaced environments Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Selfstarter with proactive problemsolving capabilities Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools *Preferred Qualifications* Knowledge of wearables or consumer electronics technologies Experience supporting global or crossregional programs Vendor and hospitality management experience Familiarity with AI tools to drive operational efficiency *Work Environment* Fastpaced, highly detailed, and constantly evolving High visibility with frequent interaction with senior executives Requires adaptability, professionalism, and a high bar for execution quality *Business Impact* As product portfolios and executive engagement demand continue to grow, this role provides essential support to executive briefing operations, ensuring consistent delivery of premium experiences that directly influence customer relationships and commercial outcomes. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Burlingame, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
