Inside Sales Representative (West Coast preferred) The Opportunity In this role, you will support the delivery of power grid and energy solutions by serving as a key connection point between customers, account managers, and product groups within Hitachi Energy. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help manage day-to-day customer interactions, from order entry and tracking to proposal development and issue resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses to evolving customer needs. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of power systems by helping ensure that products and solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations. You will engage in multiple parallel projects, coordinate inputs across internal teams, and help translate customer requirements into actionable proposals and contracts. By supporting order management, investigating technical issues, and tracking delivery performance, you will play a meaningful role in maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
