Work Arrangements: The University of Minnesota endorses "Work. With Flexibility." and we offer a flexible work environment that meets the needs of our students, faculty, staff, and partners we serve. Time Commitment: June to mid-September 2026, approximately 10 hours/week, and 40 hours/week during the fair from August 27 - September 7, 2026. Must be available to work most days of the fair, including evenings and weekends. This is a hybrid position that can rotate between at home, office and fairground locations depending on work needs of the week. Campus onsite location: West Bank Office Bldg, 1300 S. 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55454. Qualifications

The Driven to Discover ("D2D") Research Facility at the State Fair brings researchers and the Minnesota community together. D2D provides turn-key space for studies looking to recruit and collect data for their minimal-risk human subjects' projects. This unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity serves as a way to build a culture of research across Minnesota and showcase the innovative work being done across the system. Pay and Benefits
