Are you ready to make a significant impact on customer onboarding and business growth for a leading enterprise in the retail sector? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to streamlining critical financial processes. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our new business intake, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for applicants into active customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to accelerating business operations and fostering strong client relationships from day one.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the end-to-end intake of credit applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy before underwriting review.

* Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications, including validating business entities, tax exemption certificates, and supporting documentation.

* Contact trade and bank references to gather essential credit history and application details.

* Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to provide timely updates and resolve any roadblocks in the onboarding process.

* Monitor the onboarding pipeline to ensure applications meet service level agreements (SLAs) and time-to-activate targets.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 1-3 years of experience in finance, credit operations, or a high-volume administrative environment.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to problem-solve and guide customers through resolving application gaps.

* Experience using credit management platforms, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in MS Excel (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).
