We are looking for a highly accomplished and visionary professional to take on a pivotal role in shaping user experiences. In this impactful position, you will own the outcomes for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas, driving the evolution of critical product offerings. You will be instrumental in defining scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems, setting long-term user experience and product strategy, and influencing the direction of multiple design efforts. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating innovative, user-centered products that resonate with a global audience.

**What you'll do:**

* **Drive Design Strategy & Vision:** Lead the implementation of holistic design processes, design systems, or design languages across diverse teams and products. You will define user experience and product strategy, exploring innovative solutions while proactively mitigating potential harm.

* **Collaborate and Influence:** Work closely with engineering teams to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intentions, guiding specifications for implementation through mock-ups and product models. Build consensus and gain support for design strategies across a wide range of stakeholders, addressing and anticipating challenges.

* **Impact Product Development:** Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger organizational goals and coordinate resource allocation. You will create design solutions based on deep user insights, business needs, and industry trends to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

* **Innovate and Problem Solve:** Generate innovative design solutions for user, product, and business challenges. Anticipate evolving design constraints and clearly articulate the rationale behind design choices.

* **Leverage Data & Research:** Utilize and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape. Conduct independent research or guide other UX designers in creating concepts for ideation, research, and testing, seeking insights to inform appropriate design directions.

* **Champion Design Excellence:** Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems. Independently tailor deliverables based on product or platform requirements, leveraging writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, and prototypes. Ensure adherence to writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.

* **Optimize User Experience:** Propose improvements to user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs, collaborating with others to solve strategic, product, or technological constraints.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven ability to design products and deliver comprehensive outputs, demonstrating depth of knowledge in assessing design work for appropriateness, longevity, collaboration, and scaling.

* Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.

* Strong knowledge of product design principles.

* Expertise in interactive technology.

* Experience with UX research methodology.

* Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility.

* Deep understanding of user behavior.

* Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

* A strong systems thinking approach.

* Exceptional craftsmanship in design execution.
