Senior Contracts Analyst Location:Remote Job ID: #72595 Pay Range: $58-66 - W2 hourly Duration: 9+ months contract The deadline to apply is 05/29/2026 Job Description: Contract drafting Consent letters Novation In-depth contract review and analysis Contract redaction and clean up Contractual data collection and aggregation Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking Supporting data room management Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms, Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview Prior experience with M&A preferred. Education/Qualifications: BA/BS REQUIRED.
