- Desktop and laptop installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hardware/software deployment and support.
- Re-imaging and reloading systems.
- Printer and peripheral support.
- Basic server and networking support.
- Disk replacement on enterprise storage systems.
- Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities.
- Ticket management and SLA compliance.
- Customer support and issue escalation follow-up.
- Maintain professional communication and service standards.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of desktop/computer support experience.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good work ethic and professionalism.
Preferred Experience:
- Ticketing systems experience.
- Mobile device deployment/support (iOS/Android).
- Hardware repair experience.
- Software deployment/troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as A+, Security+, Dell, Apple, etc.
Environment:
- Government/secure-site support environment.
- Hands-on deskside support role.
- Fast-paced technical support operations.
Additional Information
- Shift: Second Shift.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Travel:
- Primarily non-driving role.
- May require travel between nearby sites.
