Data Analyst Licensed Practical Nurse Part Time Days

Baptist Health is looking for a Data Analyst, LPN to join our team!

*This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN*

Job Summary:

Collects data and assists Quality Coordinator, Patient Safety Officer, and Director of Quality, RiskManagement in measuring outcomes while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local and licensingregulations.

Responsibilities:

Performs data abstraction of quality/patient safetyindicators to maintain quality/patient safety standards and encourageperformance improvement activities for CMS measures.

Collaborates with the Quality Coordinator, Patient SafetyOfficer, and Director of Quality, Risk Management to identify and referquality/patient safety issues.

Abstracts medical records of assigned patient populations inan accurate and timely manner that meets both internal and external guidelinesand regulations.

Enters and exports data to internal and external databases andregistries, ensuring accurate submission and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accreditedLPN program.

• Active Kentucky LPN License.

• Three years' experience in medical-surgicalnursing/utilization review preferred.

• Experience with Epic, CMS Reporting, and Data Abstraction strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in perinatal care strongly preferred.
